From Death to New Life

Bereavement Team
Our Bereavement Team was formed in 2004 and serves those families that have recently lost a loved one.  The team sets up for our funeral Masses, serves as Lectors, Servers, Eucharistic Ministers, Sacristans and Musicians at our funerals.  Our Bereavement Team also serves funeral luncheons for families and provides refreshments at Visitations.  If you are interested in this ministry, please contact Kris Larkey.

Funeral Luncheons
Volunteers from the parish are happy to provide a funeral luncheon. If you would like to be a part of this ministry or need more information please contact Kris Larkey for details.

Grief Support “God, be in my grieving… and in my healing.”
St. Sabina Parish offers an Adult Mutual Self-Help Grief Support Group twice a year. The groups consist of six, 90 minute sessions. Each session is designed around a particular focus. The group is “closed” after the first session. Your loss does not have to be recent to participate. All are welcome! Advanced registration is required, maximum group size is eight. For upcoming session dates or more information please contact Marta Roper.
