This year our Beans and Rice Drive to benefit the Migrant Farmworkers Project in Lexington, MO will be during the weekends of Oct. 15th and 22nd. In addition to beans and rice, they have requested donations of the following items for special needs they have this year:
- brown paper grocery sacks – they always need more because they use 100-200 every Monday evening
- t-shirts – all sizes
- bandanas
- baseball caps
- blue jeans for men and women
- sweatshirts, light jackets
The donated items will be delivered to Lexington on Monday, Oct. 23rd.
