On Tuesday, August 30 our Over 55 group will head to the Midwest Genealogy Center for a class on Tracing Immigrant Origins. In order to find 19th and 20th-century genealogical records in a foreign county, you often need to know your ancestor’s hometown. At this class we will learn what records exist in the United States to help you find where your immigrant ancestor was born.
